Provide basic knowledge for the people who want to be tattoo artist. |

เพื่อเป็นการส่งเสริมการทำงานบนจรรยาบรรณสากล โดยไม่รับสักให้เด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 20 ปี |
| Encourage suitable working of tattoo artist base on international ethics as the artist will not tattoo for the people age fewer than 20 years old. |

เพื่อเป็นการส่งเสริมการใช้เครื่องมือและสีสักที่ได้มาตรฐานระดับสากล |
| Encourage using clean and high-quality tattoo equipment and color that are qualified on international standard. |
